Project Let’s play is a combined mobility of youth workers and young people and it is focused on key competencies development through different kinds of games. First of all we will organize a training course for youth workers to teach them how to use games in soft skills development and then we will go on with an youth exchange for presenting typical games of participant countries. Youth workers will have the opportunity to use the experience they get in training course then in practise with youth in the youth exchange.

The main objective of the training course is to teach participants how to use different kind of games for soft skills development. Each day is going to be focused on a particular competence: cooperation, comunication, solving problems, stress resistance etc.

Board games and card games are nowadays very popular among young people. We will look at different board and card games, learn the rules, and describe the competencies they develop. All games are in English version or language independent.
You can look forward to learning Dixit, Hanabi, Time flies, Concept, 7 Wonders, Mc Johny's, Heart Attack, Ligretto and many more.

Non-conventional wooden and sport games
Nowadays you can find really many different non-conventional games all over Europe and many of them has already expand to the Czech republic. We will use them in some parts of the programme. All of them are easy to play and very funny, but very useful for strenghtening the team cooperation.
You can look forward to playing Kubb, Plasma Cars, KanJam, Spikeball, Holland biliard, Cornhole, Crossboule and some others.

All of them are quite easy and not physically demanding. But you will have to think a lot to solve them correctly. All of them use the principles of experimental learning.
You can look forward to the Czech fairytale, Dynamics, Win your prize and so on.
The last, but not the less important, part of our programme will be full of outdoor games. We will solve different situation and learn a lot from our mutual cooperation.
